Romantic villa overlooking the endless blue

OWNERS CLOSETS You may see that some of the closed doors are locked and / or locked up closets. These are private spaces for homeowners to store their personal items. Guests are asked to respect the home owners privacy and not attempted to tamper in any way with these locked areas. NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in the villa. If smoking outside,prease use an ash-tray. JACUZZI CARE Only plastic glasses should be used in the outdoor jacuzzi to prevent glass entering that can cause injuries. PETS Pets are not allowed. DAMAGE The tenant is responsible for any damage, except wear and tear, to the property and / or its furnishings, which occurs during the rental period, and is caused by the tenant or others, who have been given access to the rented property. In case any damage occurs during the rental period please inform the owner. MECHANICAL & APPLIANCE FAILURE Owner will use its best efforts to have mechanical (water, septic, electrical and plumbing) and appliance failures corrected as soon as possible, but cannot control the scheduling of outside service contractors. DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS Please leave the apartment tidy Place things back where you found them. Guest shall make sure the equipment and the lights are switched off upon checkout. QUIET HOURS From 23.30 until 08.00 PARTIES Parties are not allowed in the villa.
