My home is as the title of the listing states. It is centrally located in the North Park District of San Diego about 4 blocks north of Balboa Park and an easily walk-able/bike-able mile from the Hillcrest district. The entire house is for rent. I the host will not be there but available by phone if needed just be aware I'm on the east coast so 3 hours ahead. Additionally, I have some one local to handle more immediate problems that may need to be addressed. There are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. Both bedrooms have access to the centrally located, shared bathroom between them. That bathrooms has a shower and tub. There is a gas stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer on site. There is also a patio with a BBQ grill. Grocery stores are nearby if you prefer to cook vs dine out. The garage is also available with a remote door access. Be careful if parking in the driveway. Should the car extend into the sidewall and obstructs public sidewalk access, you may well be ticketed. Free public parking is available in the street and handicap parking is available directly in front of the house.
