I have a small 3-room 40 m2 apartment with balcony in the 20th arrondissement near the Gambetta metro station. Located in a cul-de-sac, it's very quiet. I rent a small room for one person with access to the rest of the apartment. If there are two of you, I'll leave my room with the queensize bed. The apartment is very pleasant to live in. On certain dates, it is possible to rent the whole apartment.
