Coming February 2025 - Be our first guest! Private suite in our newly constructed mid-century inspired modern style home. Separate entrance and your own covered balcony to enjoy the sunrise. Your suite has all the comforts of home with a zen decor theme including a workstation desk, queen size bed, kitchenette, south facing and bright with 9 ft ceilings, walk-in luxurious shower, tile floors, fast internet. You also have full use of our lush backyard retreat including a luxury heated pool with tanning shelf, spa, sundeck, outdoor shower, fire-pit and full outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the Lime electric bicycles to tour the local trails and then a relaxing evening with us for cocktails on the lanai or by our Steinway grand piano. Ask about our 2nd guest room option!

We both work from home so will be readily available for any questions or needs. Quiet residential area so respectful of the neighbors. No smoking within the unit. Shared laundry facility available. Suite is located on second floor with a private stairway entrance. Quiet hours 10pm-7am. The house is kept at 74° 24/7. Note photos are renderings, actual photos will be provided once construction is complete. Backyard landscaping is in progress on Mother-Nature’s timeline.
