Had a wonderful overnight stay at Carlos house

Carlos has been very kind. The house is very clean and the pool is perfect.

Perfect for disconnecting, sunbathing, reading, diving into the pool or sipping wine in the shade of the pergola. There are always guests to socialize with if you feel like it. If not, you can also be completely on your own. Carlos and the staff are incredibly kind, always available for your arrival or for any questions or needs you may have. There are restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Carlos's house will always be my first choice whenever I go to Benidorm.

The house is spacious and comfortable, the exterior is pleasant with many trees and plants, the pool is very clean. They left me a bathrobe and a pareo that were very worn, but they did their job. They gave me an orange towel, which I would be incapable of giving to a customer as a shower towel, no hand towels and sharing with staff doesn't seem hygienic to me. Basic breakfast, coffee with milk, toast, margarine and jam. There was no TV in the bedroom and I was told there would be personal bathroom and it was shared. Carlos the host fulfilled his duty, nothing more, perhaps a minimum of attention and friendliness would not have gone amiss. I would not return a second time. I prefer the coldness of a hotel, at least they change the towels and sheets.

In a quiet neighborhood and 5-10 minutes by car from the city center, Carlos welcomes us to his home for a shared experience close to coliving in all simplicity. It's a shame that our English and Spanish didn't allow us to exchange more (Carlos doesn't speak French)

Carlos, Lorenzo and the guys Will and Tavo have been incredible, open and helpful, friendly and fun... the best house to spend some very pleasant days, the best recommendations for eating and for going out. We will return whenever we can! Keep being this incredible!!!

It has been a wonderful experience. Carlos is great, always attentive to everything and making sure you feel at home. All the people are absolutely charming. The house is very large. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a pool area where you can sunbathe and practice nudism with complete privacy. I will definitely return.

We felt at home with Carlos from the very first second. Everything is very family-like and with the many guest rooms there is always someone around. Breakfast is eaten together at the large table on the terrace. Carlos offers his guests sightseeing tours and we went into the city together several times for dinner. William, the houseboy😉, lovingly takes care of all the guests' needs and keeps the house, terrace and the beautiful pool in top shape. We're already looking forward to our return!!!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and the decor is fabulous. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a pool and jacuzzi. However, the best thing about staying here is, without a doubt, Carlos himself. Carlos is a very special person and does everything possible to make you feel welcome. I really cannot praise him enough; he is a very special person. He does so much for each and every guest to make them feel special. He prepares meals, takes you out at night, and shows you the city and the best places to go. I hope I can call him a friend and I cannot wait to return. He also introduces you to William and Lorenzo, who are great companions and both very entertaining. I feel like I've known you all for many years. You are all really very special people.
