This luxury property consists of a 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath main house and five separate casitas on the adjacent lot.

The entire property covers over 12,000 square feet of livable space with stone work, boveda ceilings, outdoor fountains, cupulas, Sautillo tile, and terraces that make this designer home gorgeous. The casitas were designed and built based on the luxury suites at the popular Rosewood Hotel in San Miguel; named the Best Hotel in Mexico in 2015.

Just a note about what not to pack....

Additional amenities include robes, hair dryers, flip flops, wall mount magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, shampoo & conditioners, soaps and Neutrogena make-up remover kits, umbrellas, suntan lotions, various pharmacy items for headaches, first aid kits and a host of other things too numerous to mention. All bathrooms have tubs and showers. The rooftop bathroom also has an outdoor shower if an extra full bathroom is needed.

All of our beds are super comfy with top of the line mattresses (to US standard size), luxurious linens and dual controlled heated mattress pads. All TV's are smart with cable and Netflix with high-speed internet.

A US Vonage phone is available so you can call anywhere in the world free of charge...and your friends and family can reach you, too, free of charge.
