A single room is in a three bedroom house situated in the popular "Beech Grove" in Benton, a very quiet area!
Whatever you visit Newcastle for work or leisure, welcome to stay here!
Metro Station is 1 minutes walk providing easy access to the City and the Coast. 5 mins from Four lane ends. Walkable distance to Balliol Business Park, Quorum Business Park, Benton Park View, Government Pensions and DSS buildings, and well placed for access to city centre (12 mins by Metro), airport and the coast.
Externally the property provided off street parking for a number of cars free of charge.

The room was relatively inexpensive. The host was friendly and welcoming. He made me a cup of tea each day. The room: small & poorly furnished, with a dirty, inadequate window covering that didn't close all the way. The summer sun rose early, and the room became too bright to sleep. On vacation one should be able to sleep in. The clothes rack was broken. The corners of the room and the windowsill had an accumulation of dust. The toilet didn't flush well. Only a small portable mirror in bathroom.
