Metro Station is 1 minutes walk providing easy access to the City and the Coast. 5 mins from Four lane ends. Walkable distance to Balliol Business Park, Quorum Business Park, Benton Park View, Government Pensions and DSS buildings, and well placed for access to city centre (12 mins by Metro), airport and the coast.
Externally the property provided off street parking for a number of cars free of charge.

A great stay at Ray's place in Benton Newcastle. A kind and helpful host and his place is ideally located close to the metro. I recommend.
