Breathtaking lake view, pool & Ticino palm trees

PETS We love animals but unfortunately our house is not suitable for them. POOL The pool may be used from May to September without consultation with the landlord between 09:00 and 20:00. There is no supervision or lifeguard service in the pool, use is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. The edge of the pool is not fixed and adults should not jump into the water so that children do not imitate them. The garden shower must be used before entering the pool. NO SMOKING Smoking is not only prohibited in the apartment, but also in the entire house area. QUIET & MUSIC The communal areas such as the garden and patio are available between 07:00 and 22:00 for your leisurely hours. There are several outdoor seating options so that everyone in the house can find their "own" spot and enjoy the peace and quiet undisturbed. Only soft background music is allowed. During the night the night's rest must be observed. IN THE APARTMENT The apartment may be entered barefoot or with slippers. Mosquito nets may be used carefully - but are not suitable as toys. Waste may be separated in the appropriate containers. Only use the garbage can in the bathroom with plastic bags and dispose of them closed in the garbage can. The apartment must be left swept clean on departure and all used dishes must be put back in the cupboards.
