Villa 55 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern and sunny home, set in tranquil park like grounds within the quiet suburb of Northcote, Christchurch. Just a 15 minute drive from Christchurch Airport and a 20 minute drive from the center of Christchurch. Mike, your host, is a semi-retired professional and ensures guests are welcome and comfortable. Molly, his companion, (a 21⁄2 year old Bichon/Maltese) is a real socialite and loves company. Guest will enjoy the privacy of a double bedroom (queen size bed) with flat screen television and own bathroom. Relax in the outdoor private courtyard or in the open plan living area. The property has a carport for parking. Long term parking can be arranged including drop off, pick up to and from the airport (please ask for details).
