Casa Nüba is located down town Tulum in "La Veleta" a few minutes drive away from the most beautiful beaches of Mexico (1km away from the center of Tulum, 5 km to the beach) New modern design villa build in 2016, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Large open living dining space and fully equipped kitchen. 1 patio and 1 terrace.

¡ Welcome at Casa Nüba ! It is a new private, secured villa with private pool, garden and parking. New wonderful luminous home build in 2016. Large open living dining space and fully equipped kitchen + outside barbecue, 2 large bedroom (1 king size + 1 Queen size) 2 Full bathroom, beautiful terrace, patio and mineral pool. Casa Nüba is approximately 400 square feet (120 square meters) house is full equipped with WIFI internet, hot water, A/C, fans and safety-******** box. Check-in Time is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am, but these can be flexible if there is no guests arriving/leaving on the same day. If you require any extra services such as private chef, in-house massage, yoga lessons, cleaning services, laundry facilities, restaurants and tour recommendations and booking, bicycle rentals... please let us know and we will assist with your query.

LOCATION Just 5 minutes to downtown Tulum and right around the corner from the famous fish restaurants "el camello" and "los aguachiles". Casa Nüba is situated calle 12 (12th street) on the south side of Tulum, in "Colonia La Veleta", aprox. 3-4 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful of cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores and living in nature. We are located very near to the center of town (1km), but yet far enough that it is quite and peaceful in the night. Taxis are inexpensive in Tulum and there's plenty of them everywhere.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay here. We live a couple of street down from the house and will be there for anything you may need. Any issues or questions that arise will be dealt with immediately.

Our neighborhood is at the very southern end of Tulum. We have a good mixture of locals and expats all living in our area. I have found everyone to be super friendly and always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions. There are two corner stores within a ten minutes walk from the house if you need something quickly. The main supermarket is about a 10 minute drive across town but there are other small markets along the way that are in easy walking distance.

Because the house is located at the far edge of town, a car would definitely be an asset. However, there are many taxis driving through our neighborhood at any given time. Bike rentals are also close by. If you decide to walk, there are number of good restaurants and small markets within about a 15 min walk.
