From the garden, on which you will find a large umbrella with table and chairs, you enter a covered veranda with bench and armchairs with small table ideal for breakfast and aperitif; you enter directly into the living area with open kitchen, also equipped with dishwasher and electric oven. Going up to the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one with double bed 160x200 and the other with double bed 140x200, a comfortable bathroom with large shower cabin. On the ground floor there is an additional service bathroom.

There is wi-fi internet service included.

Parking is on public street.

Bed linen and a set of towels (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) is provided for each guest; weekly change is included, surcharges may apply to intermediate changes.

In the City of Viareggio there is a tourist tax of €1.50 per adult guest per night up to a maximum of 10 nights, if your stay is for a longer period. The tourist tax should be paid in ******** upon arrival, you will be issued a receipt.

Within a radius of 100 meters from the house there are all the main activities, supermarket, bakery also open at night, pizzeria, greengrocer, etc.

The beach is 1.5 km away from the house, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle via bicycle path.
