Condo in the north - guest bedroom

I had a wonderful stay at Leo's. He is genuinely friendly, welcoming and an attentive host. We shared great conversations and enjoyed hanging out over dinner, which made the experience feel much more personal than just a stay. I felt at home from the start and would gladly come back.

I didn't get to know Leo much as he was away for most of my stay and he's on the quieter side but communication was great throughout and I enjoyed my stay. The first is clean and comfortable. It is a bit far but within easy reach to the centre, about 5 minutes walk to the MRT and shops.

He is an amazing host, generous with tips and shortcuts (walking routes & buses vs trains), and his time (good talk during dinner); his place is very cozy, as well. Casa Leo is the perfect take-off point and resting place from which to explore the Sembawang area (from the trails, parks, beach, and the hot spring, as well as the food row on Jin Tampang) of SG. Do not miss out on staying here.

Although I made a really late booking, Leo was really understanding about it and took all efforts to prepare the room in time for my stay. It was a really peaceful, comfortable and memorable experience. Recommended! =)

Leo was a marvellous host. He met me at the MRT station and took me to his condo. The room was comfortable with its own A/C and I had a private bathroom. The condo is a short walk to the MRT and Canberra shops at the station. Nice to be away from the hustle bustle of central Singapore, whilst being able to get around easily. Leo was welcome and helpful. Recommended

Look, you're not going to beat the deal that Leo is offering for his flat. When I travel, my goal is to explore as much as possible and spend a little time in my room so as long as I can sleep on a bed and shower, I'm doing pretty good. Leo went out of his way to be helpful and even help me do my laundry at his place. Getting to the closest MRT is about a seven minute walk away, which gives you access to all of Singapore. In his guest bedroom, but he also has a sofa to sleep on if you don't mind couching it in a common area of his flat. Everything is basic and simple and exactly what I expected for the money. I would recommend staying at his place again.

This apartment and the guest room is super modern, clean and very comfortable to stay in. Surprisingly cool during the day due to breezes too. Location is particularly good for visiting the zoo and Night Safari, so you don't need a lengthy trip back to the inner city late at night. Didn't get to talk too much to host Leo, but he was polite, explained everything well and was easily contactable. A good stay.

Place was very clean and spacious. Internet was quite fast and perfect for remote work. Leo was very helpful throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I asked. Would definitely book this place again.
