Located in one of loveliest of Mexico s Colonial cities, Casa Grande's 3 bedroom residence is a secure retreat, just minutes from the activity of downtown San Miguel offering the savvy traveler the perfect balance of warmth and sophistication.

This luxury property consists of a 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath main house and five separate casitas on the adjacent lot so you can invite friends and family to stay nearby.

Furnished with Mexican folk art, antiques, fine linens and other plush textiles. The home has a large, beautifully appointed living room, sunny dining room for eight with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors opening to an open air atrium complete with water fountain, loungers, table and chairs and the sounds of birds chirping daylong. The large kitchen features stainless steel GE appliances and a heavy duty Viking industrial gas stove complete with grill and griddle. The kitchen includes wonderful cabinetry and hand-painted Mexican tile with plenty of prep areas and includes a separate maid’s sink, additional prep area and pantry space; truly a gourmets delight!!! A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located in the home immediately beyond the maid’s kitchen. The main house can sleep six with a king master suite and two bedrooms with queen beds. The main floor contains a custom built oversized & very comfortable lounger and an oversized couch for overflow guests. Extra bedding is stored in a closet on the main floor for those extra persons. The main floor only has a 1⁄2 bath so sharing bathrooms with upstairs guests for showers would be necessary. Maid service is included twice per week. Additional service can be provided at additional cost and availability.

Added amenities are included such as robes, flip flops, wall mount magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, Neutrogena make-up remover kits, shampoos, conditioner, umbrellas, suntan lotions, various pharmacy items for headaches, stomach nausea, first aid kit and a host of other things too numerous to mention.

There are Samsung Smart TVs with remote controls in to keep you tuned to your favorite streaming sites be it cable, Netflix, YouTube or other service providers. All rooms have gorgeous fireplaces, also with remote controls. All beds have dual controlled mattress pads for extra comfort. Kitchens are equipped with coffee, sugars, fresh local honey & creamers. The refrigerator has an ice maker and we provide mayo, catsup & mustard, salt & pepper, olive oils & fresh butter. The house has a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your personal use. Each room is equipped with an intercom system for incoming friends, visitors, food delivery, etc. Maid service is twice a week. However, our maids are on property 6 days a week from 9am – 1pm and are available at additional times if requested.

The property has a purified, pressurized water treatment system so that there are no problems with drinking the water or having adequate water pressure to all users.
