Joel is an excellent host, and made me feel immediately welcome. He made available his backyard, including his hot tub, which was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower and bathroom, excellent. My only regret is that I was only able to spend one night. I would look forward to renting again. Many thanks, Joel!

Joel was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfy. Love the house and it's perfectly located. Close to everything you might wanna do. Bars, clubs, beach and more. I'm coming back soon. Highly recommend this place

Joel house was amazing, and he as host is pretty cool and chill, I love to have a hot tub to relax after a long day. To go to the bars (Wilton Manors), you can take UBER and it's 4min away, just 6-7usd the ride, so it is perfect! 100% recommended!

If you're looking for the perfect spot in FTL, look no further. Joel's place is minutes from the city, minutes from the gay part of town, and only minutes from the beach. The room has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a microwave, coffee maker, large tv, and a very comfortable bed. Joel also allowed me access to his super cute backyard. The hot tub was an amazing touch to my stay. Should I go back to FTL, I will most definitely be staying at Joel's place again!
