A giant pool and tennis courts are on premises. Kayaking, windsurfing, water sports, diving, boating and deep sea fishing excursions are available right on the beach and/or at the marina next door.
There’s are new restaurants/bar directly our beach (open ‘til 6pm) and a new breakfast/coffee/frozen yogurt cafe (that also carries toiletries and sunscreen). Sudi restaurant is in walking distance at the condo complex next door and serves wonderful Caribbean lunch and dinner. We’ve left some other recommendations and take-out menus at the condo.
Red Hook is 5 minutes away and is chock-full of restaurants and shops and it's where you can take the ferry to St. John (a 15 min boat ride). It's just minutes to Redhook, where there's tons of restaurants and the ferry to St John!
OTHER BEACH RECOMMENDATIONS:
Magen's Bay (15 min away) - While Sapphire beach is gorgeous, you def need to go to world-renowned, Magen's Bay Beach while you're there. They have a restaurant/bar, bathrooms and beach chairs for rent.
Lindquist Beach (5 min away) - One of the most virginal and pristine beaches in St Thomas is located right next door to Sapphire beach and is great for snorkeling. There are bathrooms but no restaurant, so be sure to pack a picnic! They don't have beach chairs for rent--so it's BYO!
St John Beaches - Take a ferry to St John and visit some of its gorgeous beaches. It's only a 15 minute ferry ride from Red Hook and the restaurants are fabulous there too.
SHOPPING RECOMMENDATIONS
Charlotte Amalie (20 min away) - St Thomas is widely ******** spot in the Caribbean because of its duty-free allowance of $1,600 per person and no sales tax -- which is why the jewelry stores in downtown Charlotte Amalie are so popular!
Havensight Mall, Yacht Haven Grande and Crown Bay Center (25 min away) - There's more great designer shops and merchants at these locations.
-GROCERIES - Moe's Fresh is only 5 minutes away in Red Hook (w/ liquor store upstairs). There's a pharmacy in Red Hook as well as clothing and souvenir shops.
CONDO GUIDELINES -Do Not Hang Anything on the outside stairs railings! -Please do not store anything under the stairs outside. -Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Disturbing noises which interfere with the comfort of others are not permitted. Absolutely no house parties are allowed. If renter(s) becomes objectionable to the neighbors, they could be notified to vacate the premises and will not be entitled to a refund. -Do not flush rags, diapers, wipes etc. into the toilets as it will damage our septic system. -Be sure the cover is over the drain in the kitchen sink at all times so no items fall into the garbage disposal and cause damage. -There's a laundry basket in the closet in which you can place dirty towels, etc. -There's a small building behind the condo for garbage disposal. Please be sure trash bags are sealed tightly before placing them there. -There's no washer/dryer inside the condo but there's a laundry room to the right of the gate entrance. If you'd like to have access, please contact me so I can walk you through the process. -Swimming is at your own risk. A lifeguard is not provided. Children under the age of 14 should always be accompanied by an adult while swimming. Condo owner expressly disclaims any liability for injuries, including death, that can occur from the use in and around the pool area (including renter’s guests). -Power outages DO occur frequently, and can last from a few minutes to a few hours (welcome to the islands! : ). To help avoid losing power, everyone on the island is asked to be mindful of their power usage to help minimize surges that cause outages, by curtailing use of AC, lights, fans, etc. Keep windows and doors closed while AC is running and try to keep AC temperature at 78. If the power goes out, the condo IS NOT equipped with an emergency generator. We've provided flashlights, candles and lighters. There's also a battery in the bedroom that has USB ports and a converter that can connect to WIFI. Instructions are in the kitchen drawer. An additional back-up battery with USB ports and a blow-up plastic light (brighter than a flashlight) is in the first cabinet in a plastic container. Be sure to check if they are charged-up when you arrive. In the absence of power, the water systems (toilets, sink, shower) rely on an electrical water pump hooked-up to an outside generator and WILL work. -Most tropical storms that strike between August 1st and October 15th. If federal or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Condo premises, the renter will fully comply. In such an event, renter will not be entitled to any refund. -During wind and rain storms, renter is responsible for closing windows and sliders to prevent rain from entering the condo. The building management team will install hurricane shutters if necessary.

Second time staying at Wendy's piece of paradise. She is super easy to work with and provides a ton of information upfront as well as communication if needed. Norma the on site property manager is amazing too. Her and her staff can help with anything you might need during your stay and give you suggestions.
So glad you enjoyed your second stay!
Great location on Beautiful Sapphire Beach. The condo was stocked with everything you might need from beach chairs and towels to common spices in the pantry. The condo complex has a private beach with chairs provided but right next door is a beach bar with classic pub food, a delicious pizza shop, coffee shop for the morning and a nice restaurant with hand crafted cocktails upstairs for the evening. You never have to leave the complex if you don't want to. Head over to Sudi's in the complex next door for a Carribean grille with salad, sandwiches, entrees and full bar. Be sure to say hi to Natalie the owner she is great! Don't forget to order your food, beer, wine, liquor from Time Savers Provisions before you travel. They will coordinate with Norma, the property manager (who is great) and have the fridge stocked before you arrive, well worth the price! Wendy was a great host.
