Host recommendations
These rules are established by Pelican's Landing Home Owner's Association: Renters may not have: pets, motorcycles, ATVS, golf carts, parties. The pool closes at 10pm. Parking is first come, first served and no charge. Guests MUST have a pass in their vehicle windshield! Towing is strictly enforced. Only two ******** parking passes are issued. More vehicles can park at the nearby Kroger or ******** parking lots. Children and young people under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. At least one ******** guest must be over 21 years of age. Some additional rules for our condo: Please leave beach shoes in the entry. We try and limit the amount of sand in the condo by emptying all clothes, towels, shoes, etc. of sand before entering. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, inahalants are allowed in the condo or on the balconies (enclosed or otherwise.)
