Our home provides a memory foam mattresses, mounted HDTVs, kitchen with sink, oven/range and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus! When staying, you will enjoy a stand alone 2 bedroom house in heart of all the action. Just steps from downtown, this 2 story house has parking for up to 2 cars in front that is included with the stay for free.

Our main level has a well appointed living room with work space, dinning room, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms and an updated bathroom. A stand alone shower stall with glass door, tops off the bathroom space. Entire home and parking German Village is hands-down the best neighborhood in Columbus! Walk to coffee, the park, the book loft, and historic/hip Columbus. We are a few minutes walk to a Columbus Classic pub, Club 185. All of these amazing close by attractions, as well as a minute from Downtown, makes our location one of the best walking neighborhoods in Ohio. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
