Located near Route 1, I-495, Telegraph Road, and Duke Street, this condo is minutes away from all major shopping centers and restaurants (Target, Shoppers, Apple bees, TGI Fridays, Chipotle, Viet House, Five Guys, Pentagon City Mall are all on Route 1.
Carlyle neighborhood of Old Town Alexandria, US Patents and Trademark Office ( USPTO PTO ), Federal Court House, Reagan International Airport (DCA), Pentagon, Pentagon city, and Crystal City are only a few metro stops away.
Kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops with modern IKEA cabinets; glasses, dishes, pots and pans will be provided for sharing.
Living room is filled with modern IKEA furniture, 46" wide screen LCD TV.
Bathroom features a large soaking tub with shower doors, shared with other roommates but each would have his/her own private cabinet space.

The $890 room is 10'7"x11' large, equipped with ceiling fan, huge window, carpeted, and a sizable closet space with new mirror doors and new curtains. Furnished with a full size bed, a desk, a chair, and a trash can. (Currently available)

**Must be comfortable living with roommates of ALL gender identities and sexual orientations.

Danny was great to work with. There's another set of houses on the adjoining street, with the same appearance and same street numbers. That caused me some confusion, but Danny cleared that up quickly. Danny had forgotten to leave me towels, but I asked him, and he provided them. The place was quiet. There was a great overhead fan in the bedroom. I would stay there again.
