Country house

We've completely renovated the house to provide all the necessary comforts (3 bedrooms, large living room, wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 walk-in showers, 2 WCs...) while retaining the soul and character of an old house. The wooded garden lets you make the most of the outdoors (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, campfire).

The house is located between Normandy and Brittany, in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, 15 minutes from the A84 motorway. You'll be at a strategic crossroads for visiting the region: between Rennes, Caen and Cherbourg, between Mont Saint Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, between Avranches, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale and the Chausey islands ....

SPECIFICATIONS:

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and full week in August.

2-night minimum rental the rest of the year and according to holidays or school vacations.

Arrivals: 5pm - Departures: 11am

The house must be left clean and in the same condition as you found it.

Wood for the stove is provided. Please bring charcoal for the barbecue. Senseo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker.

IN THE VILLAGE: grocery store, bread stand, "La belle Ge" Normande bar.

By car, LE PARC : bakery 5 minutes away. BRECEY , 10 minutes away ( Super U ) AVRANCHES, 20 minutes away, all shops, supermarkets. GRANVILLE 30 minutes for seafood.

Nearest beach: 20 minutes (Carolles beach recommended). Le Mont saint Michel : 40 minutes
