Walking distance to Kent-DeLord Museum, Strand Theatre, Amtrak Train Station, SUNY Plattsburgh, CVPH, Marina/Boat Launch, Public Beach, downtown restaurants and bars. Large backyard with access to a year-round private beach. Plattsburgh International Airport and Greyhound Bus terminal are a 10 minute drive away.
Your private room on the second floor will have a full bathroom you can use next to it. I stay in another bedroom ensuite down the hallway. Large living room (with large 65-inch TV) and chef kitchen looking onto the lake is shared with me when I am around. I will aim to make a nice breakfast to share.
You can contact me if you require the whole house in private at double the rate and I will let you know if that is possible for your dates. There are 3 bedrooms in total (other than mine).

We stayed at George’s home for just two night and wish we had planned a longer stay. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view of Lake Champlain! Wow, this entire stay was perfect! Let me count the ways:
