FR: 80m2 modern loft with 76m2 garden and terraces on the Canal de l'Ourcq. Our loft is located in the Bassin de la Villette district, close to the Canal de l'Ourcq. It has a garden with two terraces, a jacuzzi (open from May to October) and bbq. You have a private bedroom and we share a bathroom, a large living room, dining room and open kitchen. (We have a cat, named Arès).

It features a garden with two terraces, and a jacuzzi (open only from May to October) and BBQ are also available for your use. It has one private bedrooms only for you and we share a spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. (We have a cat his name is Ares)

Beautiful space and kind and helpful hosts. I really enjoyed the location by the canal in a quieter neighborhood with a more local feel than the busy touristy areas.

Thanks to Jean Édouard for the beautiful peaceful flat. The mattress and cat were the best parts of the oasis of tranquility. You can tell they take great pride in the apartment. Jean was flexible with check in when my flight arrived early. The location is great close to Montmartre and amazing boulangeries and coffee shops by the river.

First of all, the environment with a very pleasant neighborhood, then an atypical apartment, clean with pleasant scents. Finally, the 2 hosts are remarkable and will do everything to make your daily life easy. They take the time to chat with you about any topic. I highly recommend.

A welcome and pleasant stop during a business trip: easy initial contact, thoughtful and responsive host with smooth communication. The room and accommodation are very restful and tastefully arranged. In short, it's flawless and I had an excellent evening chatting with Jean-Edouard.
