Your comfort is our obsession and we've invested extra time and attention to detail to help make your stay as accommodating and cozy as possible while in Music City! The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

Our luxury apartments are located at the intersection of the Germantown and Buchanan Arts District neighborhoods of Nashville!

GERMANTOWN: Named for the European immigrants who first settled here in the mid-19th century, Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville.

BUCHANAN ARTS DISTRICT: Centered around Buchanan Street just northwest of Germantown, you’ll find the Buchanan Arts District - one of Nashville’s up-and-coming areas. It has quickly become a haven for artists and designer businesses and is one of Nashville's hidden and eclectic gems.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD(S): A laid-back attitude with lots of local flair blossoms in the Germantown and Buchanan Arts District neighborhoods while being on the edge of downtown Nashville. There is one reserved free parking spot per booking in the lot behind the building. If you need additional parking spaces, please let us know prior to your visit and we will do everything we can to accommodate the request!
