Impressive first floor unit in Ocean Forest Villas that we just finished a full scale renovation on. There’s a direct ocean view from the balcony off the living room as well as the master- which also has a private doorway to the balcony. You have access to all amenities offered on site as well. There are kings beds in both bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room!

Must be atleast 21 years or older to check in. Pools/hottubs: there are two pools plus one kids pool in the complex. There are also two hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on November 15 and reopen March 15. One hot tub will remain open year round. Beach is located across the street by use of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas as this is a section of the beach know as The Cabanas area where direct oceant front building is not allowed. There are multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand located throughout the complex. Washer/Dryer: coin operated machine upstairs from condo. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, please bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. Other amenities include grilling areas for guests. Stationary workout equipment located along sidewalk in front of condo. ****Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests are expected to allow their entry**** sleeper sofa in living room
