Welcome to our warm and welcoming home in Atlanta! You’ll have a spacious bedroom suite featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, a desk perfect for work or study, and an adjoining private bathroom with a relaxing tub/shower combo. Enjoy direct access to the balcony from your room—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Our shared living space includes a vibrant living room equipped with gaming systems, Apple TV, and a projector for cozy movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, from essential cooking appliances to fun gadgets for culinary adventures. In the dining room, you’ll find a large table ideal for meals, board games, or puzzles—we have plenty to choose from!
We’re a friendly married bear couple who love hosting. Whether you’d like to hang out or prefer some quiet time on your own, we’re happy to make your stay exactly what you need. You’ll also meet our dog, Luca—he’s friendly and cuddly, adding a warming, welcoming presence to our home.

Super cool place to stay with great hosts. Location was great for quick or long nights on the town. Everything was super clean. Hosts were always helpful and friendly.

Staying at Mark and Serj house has been a wonderful experience. I felt at home since the first moment I come into the house and the room was really comfortable and cozy. The place is very close to the metro and they also helped me with a lot of questions and treated me as a friend since the first moment. An experience that I hope to repeat next time I visit Atlanta.

If you've ever stayed at a Ritz Carlton, then you will know what it's like to stay with Mark and Serj. Their condo is so understated & tastefully decorated. All of the windows and French doors have custom plantation shutters on them. The location is prime. The ensuite room was perfect & the bed was comfortable. These gentlemen are so welcoming and handsome. I had the pleasure of a nice sendoff from Serj. Thank you so much.

A couple of great guys in a great location, plus a magical cat. Super accommodating, easy-going and friendly. Easy parking and access in a lovely area of town where that isn't always the norm.

What a nice place and very nice hosts. The accommodations were pristine, chill and very comfortable. This stay definitely added a great plus to our trip. We completely recommend.

Had a very relaxing time on my stay with mark and Serj. The place is charming and relaxing. The location is in a great area and allows tranquility and rest while being close to everything!! I def will stay again!!
