Here in convenient north side Pensacola, you'll be right at home in the guest bedroom of this mid century ranch home! Easy access to I-10, 5 Mins to Pensacola Airport, 15 minutes downtown/Seville Quarter, University of West Florida and Pensacola State College, 20 minute drive to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium. 25 minute drive to famous Pensacola Beach and Park East (the Gay Beach). 30 minutes to NAS Pensacola and Naval Base Corey Station. Pets will love the spacious fenced backyard with ample room to play!
Main entry to the house will be through a keypad on the front door with a code that will be given to you prior to check-in. Once inside, you'll be in the spacious living room. Just past the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining table for 4.
The hallway off the kitchen will take you to the bed and bath area. The private guest room is equipped with a queen bed, 42” smart tv, desk and coffee/snack bar. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with an amazing oversized shower.
You will find a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the carport. Don't forget to check out the spacious backyard and bask in the sun, relax by a fire or enjoy your morning coffee!
