Here in convenient north side Pensacola, you'll be right at home in the guest bedroom of this mid century ranch home! Easy access to I-10, 5 Mins to Pensacola Airport, 15 minutes downtown/Seville Quarter, University of West Florida and Pensacola State College, 20 minute drive to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium. 25 minute drive to famous Pensacola Beach and Park East (the Gay Beach). 30 minutes to NAS Pensacola and Naval Base Corey Station. Pets will love the spacious fenced backyard with ample room to play!
Main entry to the house will be through a keypad on the front door with a code that will be given to you prior to check-in. Once inside, you'll be in the spacious living room. Just past the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining table for 4.
The hallway off the kitchen will take you to the bed and bath area. The private guest room is equipped with a queen bed, 42” smart tv, desk and coffee/snack bar. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with an amazing oversized shower.
You will find a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the carport. Don't forget to check out the spacious backyard and bask in the sun, relax by a fire or enjoy your morning coffee!

I decided to stay at this house to go see the ocean in the United States. As soon as I entered the house, I had a cozy and very comfortable time. Alan generously gave me information about the places I wanted to go and moved around carefully so that I would not feel uncomfortable. If I have another chance, I will definitely stay at this house again and I recommend it.

I had a wonderful time staying with Alan. From the moment I made the booking, Alan made sure I was taken care of, providing clear info about check in, and many suggestions about what to do in the area. Place was clean, cozy, inviting, and in a good area. Alan was so friendly and inclusive; I even got to join him and his friends for a get together and show. 100% satisfied. I hope I get to stay with him again on my next trip out there!

Alan was an excellent host! This was my first time booking with Misterb&b and Alan helped me every step of the the way. Alan's home is very well kept and the check in process was smooth and easy. The room I book was clean and spacious and had everything I needed including snacks, water, and a coffee machine. I wanted to spend the morning at the beach and Alan directed me to the Gay Beach at the National Seashore which was about 20 minutes from his home. 5 Star Service all around. I would highly recommend this listing. If I ever find myself in the area again, this is where I will stay!

Alan was a great host. His house was exceptionally clean and he even provided us a little something special as we were about to fly out for our wedding. Would highly recommend staying here, five minute drive from the airport.

Exactly as described. Great, clean room, and nice shower. I loved the location, off the beaten path, and away from the touristy areas. Easy drive to the beach. Alan was FANTASTIC, accommodated my last minute reservation, super communication prior to check-in, and was so helpful and informative regarding the area! I will definitely book again and suggest you seriously consider Alan's place when you're in the area.

I stayed with Alan in his home during a visit to Pensacola for a family reunion. The host is quite welcoming and the home and room are spacious, nice, and clean. Check-in via the keypad is easy and the host provides many nice amenities such as local maps, papers, and guides, as well as snacks and drinks. Alan is friendly and provided plenty of information on local sights. He even drove me downtown to pick up my rental bicycle. The home is located near the airport, bike lanes, and bus stops.

Excellent accommodations for a private room at a reasonable cost. Host made sure everything was perfect, even had a towel warmer in the room for convenience since it was extremely cold when I visited the area. Service and kindness with a genuine interest in my well-being! Thanks for everything! All the best! Always!
