First Aid kit is located in top right drawer of the bathroom vanity.

First Extinguisher is on the right side, back wall of the pantry. Please do not tamper with it unless there is an emergency.

No smoking in the home, outside is fine.

The thermostat is typically set to 70F year around, if adjustments are needed please message me and I will do my best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Washer and dryer are located in the basement just past the blue curtains.
