Lovely bedroom in a 2 bedroom penthouse

I wish I had more than one night chez Rami (January 2026). His place is lovely and comfortable with both rooftop and main-level terraces at his perfect penthouse. The kitchen his brother designed is sublime. The location was ideal for me, easy to walk anywhere and simple to find. He is full of useful information and recommendations, including a great hair salon, excellent restaurants, whatever you might need, actually. I would have done more in Nicosia, but he is such a kind host we talked for hours, he escorted me to a profound art exhibit in Northern Cypress (and carefully guided me across the DMZ and passport control on both sides) and so much more. I would love to stay at his place again anytime. If you have any interest in classical music, he will enlighten and maybe play piano for you. I learned more about music in just hours with him than in years of attending concerts worldwide. He has a special, open personality and is kind and amusing. He seems determined to make your stay in Nicosia the best ever. Bravo!

Had a lovely 3 night stay here in January 2026. Rami was a great host - responsive, friendly and welcoming, and super helpful with tips as far as navigating around Nicosia and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend, stay again, and hopefully get to make more use of that rooftop

Lovely place to stay with a lovely host. I was made to feel very welcome from the first to the last second of my stay. Really convenient for central Larnaca just a 20 minuter walk into the city and Rami is a generous and knowledgeable host. I warmly recommend staying here!

I spent an amazing long weekend at Rami s place. Before the trip he gave me tips on how to get from Larnaca airport to his home. I had a late arrival at 1am and Rami waited for me until I got to his place by 3am, in fact, we even had a drink and a chat at a late night hour after arrival. His home is very well located in a quiet residential area in Nicosia, just a 15-20 minutes walk from the historic center and Ledra Street checkpoint. Rami gave me very good tips on what to see, where to eat and to have a nice drink or yummy local desserts. He was available anytime, even when I had doubts downtown during my stay. He offered me nice teas, drinks and local bites on his wonderful terrace, and we had some really good conversations about Cyprus s turbulent and fascinating history and life in general. Rami is a renowned artist and I had the privilege to listen to him playing on the piano. I will definitely stay at his place upon my next visit to Nicosia and I recommend Rami s place to all travellers!

Rami was a great host. I felt at ease at once. We hung out together, but also, I had my own time as well. It's an easy walk into the old town and all the sights. We had lots to talk about as he is an international citizen. I loved his piano serenades. I would wholeheartedly recommend his homestay.

Short and sweet experience. Rami is the most interesting person to speak to with a huge element of life experiences to share. Welcome and hospitable, surely highly recommended. The penthouse is a little haven in the busy city 💜

It was great staying at Rami's penthouse! The house is amazing, the room is perfect but the best part of all is the kindly warm and lovely hospitality of Rami! I was sick during my stay and he took care of me like a real MAMMA!! Totally there won't be any other destination in Nicosia than Rami's place!!! Can't wait to go back... maybe in better health!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with Rami. He made everything so easy and was very accommodating. Rami is a beautiful and very generous host. He even took me out for a nighttime walk to show me Old Nicosia and explain the history and locale to me, as well as offering several tips to make my stay in Cyprus wonderful.
