ROOM in a SHARED brand new apartment near the city center

We had an amazing stay at Pavlos' place. He and Kon were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good tips and infos about Nicosia and Cyprus. They even invited us with them on a night out which was really fun. They made sure we felt good and welcomed at all times. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The cats were adorable and they brightened our days instantly. I would recommend a stay here to everyone (especially Lana's fans 😜) 10/10

It was a wonderful stay. Pavlos was very kind and repeatedly asked if everything was alright and gave me good tips. He was clearly interested in making sure I had a pleasant stay. The location was great, parking was no problem (rental car). Great bathroom and room with a balcony. His two cats were also cute, I did have some allergies unfortunately, but Pavlos was able to help me spontaneously here as well. I can only recommend him and would come to visit again :) Thank you!

Spending a weekend with Pavlos was a great experience! The apartment is fabulous, big modern and super clean, with walking distance to the main see site of the city. But the real discovery was Pavlos! He really makes you feel at home, very pleasant to talk with, and ready to share planty of tips to enjoy every aspect of the city. Highly recommended!

Pavlos is beyond welcoming and makes you feel like home within minutes. The new apartment is centrally located but in a quiet side street, very clean with a super comfy bed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Definitely recommended!

I enjoyed greatly staying in Pavlos appartment. Pavlos is a warm and friendly person, nice to chat with, and helpful with whatever you need! As soon as you enter his place you feel good, it is beautifully and tastefully designed and makes you feel at home right away. The room is big and spacious and has an adjacent bathroom and even has a small private porch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. His place is close to the old town as well. If you stay in Nicosia I highly recommend staying in Pavlos place!
