Our place are strictly no smoking premise. Do let us know if you want to held a party there/brings your pet in advance. The house rules: 1. This is a bear-foot friendly home - Please place your shoes at the shoe rack provided. 2. Keep the house in order before leaving / checking out. You may leave the rubbish there but would appreciate if you could wash your dishes. 3. Microwave, Induction cooker & cooking utensils are provided but only for light cooking/ heating up of food. 4. Please do not try to pull the chains, move/ remove decorative items or the furniture. 5. Any items damage done intentionally will result in forfeit of ********. 6. Strictly NO smoking or vaping- it will result in full forfeit of ********, or penalty of RM 450. NON NEGOTIABLE. 7. Parties are allowed but host must be informed prior/ during booking. There will be extra charges ranging between RM******** on top of your accommodation fee depending on the amount of guest. 8. Keep your noise level low after 10pm. 9.
