The main attraction in the area is undoubtedly the BIOPARQUE - SEMARNAT, a space of six hectares exclusively for contact with nature, it has a jogging track, a lake, and an elevated promenade. Just 200 meters from the complex, Plaza Exhibimex is located, where you will find: pharmacy, cafeterias, cinema, taquerias, banks, restaurants, gym and various shops. If you decide to explore the city, Polanco is 15 minutes away, and the city center is 30 minutes away. In terms of transportation, the international airport of Mexico City is located 15km or 40 minutes away, the Poniente "Observatorio" Bus Station is located 2km or 7 minutes away, and the San Pedro de los Pinos metro is located 1km away. or 15 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car, the pink zone, the heart of the CDMX LGBT community is located 8kms or 30 minutes by public transport.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in any area inside the building, however smoking is allowed in the private area prior to entering the building. Perfect perfect perfect place! Israel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable . He is a great host, and the place itself is immaculately clean and with all things you need and required. Place is extremely cozy, beautiful and perfect if you are a solo traveler..
