I converted my old restaurant into my mancave after Covid. Amenities include, a steam Shower, indoor hot tub for 4, Sauna, massage chair and table, jacuzzi bath tub, 3 half baths, washer and dryer, plenty of parking and a built in Uber driver if you need a ride. Pico Killington Okemo Stowe are within 45-60 minutes drive. Gourmet kitchen if you are up for cooking, kegerator, bar, Weed dispensary 18 miles away and Scotch Hill Brewery walking distance in Fair Haven. Plenty of food options and enjoy the peaceful tranquility that Vermont has to offer. Adult playroom available as well.
