The space Built with authentic Algarve architecture, Casa NINI has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), both with air conditioning, recently installed, living and dining room with access to the terrace of the accommodation (also with air conditioning). Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Garden furniture placed on the terrace where guests can dine or have their favourite drink if they wish.

Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the property. Free parking (no reservation possible) next to the accommodation.

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4pm. However additional charges may apply when:

• Check-ins between 7 pm and 10 pm 25 euros • From 10 pm to midnight 45 euros • After midnight 90 euros

Early check-ins fee from 10 am to 4 pm: 25 euros / Late check-outs until 2 pm - 25 euros / until 6 pm - 50 euros (both always subject to availability)

Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel

This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:

• Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). • Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products. • Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). • All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

A ******** of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The ******** will be returned within 7/10 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and inventory verification.
