Bright 70 mg apartment on fourth floor without elevator but with stair lift for heavy luggage. 2 bedrooms with parquet floors (double bed and single bed and a half). Nice bathroom with large shower stall and kitchen equipped with microwave and capsule coffee maker. Living room with double sofa bed. Small livable balcony where you can smoke.
Close to the center. Three-minute walk to T1 streetcar - 4 stops (10 minutes) from central station. Paid street parking (1 €/hour from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday). Individual heating and air conditioning. 15-minute walk to Pitti Fair or 3 stops by streetcar (8 minutes).
