Dear future tenants, Welcome to this well-designed, practical, modern and warm apartment. It is located on the second floor and is part of a complex of 3 apartments in a charming private house. The owners live on the ground floor and will be happy to help you with any practical questions you may have. The house and street are extremely quiet and peaceful. Free public parking is just 2 minutes away if you can't find a space on the street. In the apartment, you enter a small hall which leads you either to the bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and a large wardrobe. There's also a low but wide mezzanine above the bedroom, accessible via a ladder. Through the small hallway, you access the beautifully appointed shower room and WC, then down two steps to the living/dining room and open-plan kitchen. The living room is beautifully decorated and features a large, comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a spacious bed for 2 young children at night. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. A pretty little balcony opens onto a spacious courtyard shared by the 3 apartments of the detached house. Once you've had a good night's rest, it's just a 3-minute walk to the banks of the Marne, where you can enjoy the famous cafés and restaurants such as "Chez Gégéne", "La Mascotte", and other popular, affordable restaurants. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find local shops, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, a small local market and supermarkets.

And to get to Paris, the capital of France, there are 4 buses just a 3-minute walk away, taking you to the RER A station at Joinville le Pont. You're 15 minutes by RER from Châtelet-les Halles and Le Marais, 20 minutes from the Opera and 25 minutes from the Champs Elysées. Welcome to Paris!

A few basic rules for your comfort and that of your neighbors: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and inside common areas. You have a lovely courtyard for smoking. The place is particularly quiet and must remain so, so parties are not allowed. Among pets, only very small, very clean dogs are allowed. Just a 3-minute walk away, you can take them for a walk along the banks of the great river "la Marne".

What's more, for everyone's security, each seasonal tenant is required to show proof of identity on arrival, together with a ******** cheque, which will be returned to you on departure when the keys are handed over. For your security, cameras have been installed in the common areas.
