The calm an decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The fantastic 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake or to your next barbecue on Weber charcoal grill. On third level you’ll find on one floor the fully equipped kitchen, eating and working as well as the living space.
Here you can find as well a guest bathroom with level floor shower, toilet, wash basin and storage for your toiletries.
Upon request I’ll provide you toiletries, like toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel.
The fully equipped kitchen is for your disposal. There are sufficient dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
Please do cater your foodstuff yourself. I don’t provide any kind of food and beverage. In case you use anything of my foodstuff I have to charge that separately. This amount will be kept from your ********.
