SUITABILITY • Minimum Age Limit for Renters is 21. • There is parking for one car in the driveway and street parking is also allowed and free. • Please remember that you will be staying in a unit that is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard. Please be respectful of my space and the neighbors. Thank you. HOUSE RULES Our house rules are mostly the common-sense rules that apply to all vacation rentals. They are to ensure the comfort and security of guests and to maintain the integrity of the property. These rules apply to all booked guests. Thank you for observing them! • Maximum number of guests is 2. • Minimum age of primary renter is 21. • Check in after: 6:00 AM. Check out by 4:00 PM • No smoking! There is a “no indoor smoking” policy, which includes e-cigarettes. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste properly and not in the yard or plants. • No drug use! What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict "no drug use" policy. This is just the law. Smoking marihuana is not permitted on the property. • No candles. • Place all trash in the designated receptacles only. Take trash to outdoor container by driveway. • No events. Family and friends are welcome to visit. • The spa is for the use of guests ONLY. • Keep noise down. Please limit the sound level between the hours of 9 PM and 9 AM out of respect for the neighbors. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second. • No inappropriate, unruly, or overly boisterous behavior. Serious complaints of inappropriate behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. We want you to enjoy our space for the entire length of your visit. • Do not flush anything except toilet paper and waste. To prevent plumbing problems, please place things like paper towels and sanitary napkins in the trash bin we've provided in the suite. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. • Accidents happen. Please let us know when they do as soon as possible. Typically, we can fix them quickly which also means better chances of having your full ******** returned too. • We ask that you respect our maximum occupancy requirement. • Always lock your entrance door before you leave as you will be held responsible for any missing items. For security, you should keep the door locked. The host may unlock the door to access the garage, but the door will be locked afterwards. • We do a thorough cleaning before each guest stay. We ask that you keep the suite clean and neat during your stay. Dish soap and wash bin are provided for washing dishes. Other cleaning supplies are in the sink cabinet and buffet. A broom, Swiffer. and vacuum cleaner are also handy for your use.
