Between Sens and Montargis, this small chalet welcomes you to the private Etangs de Béon estate surrounded by forest with 5 ponds at Bazoches sur le Betz. 1h30 from Paris from Porte de Bercy. Nearest train station SENS.
For adults only, as there are no guard rails on the terrace and the mezzanine does not meet children's standards.
Ideal for weekend in the countryside, tennis courts, pétanque. Fishing possible, no authorization required. Stocked in 2021. Bring your own equipment.
Cleaning to be done before you leave
- 2 small attic bedrooms upstairs with 2 140 cm beds.
- A 120 cm sofa-bed in the living room.
- HOUSEWORK AT YOUR EXPENSE
- Fibre wifi
- Bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
- 4 comforters available for double beds, plus plenty of cushions.
- Pets allowed (except cats)
- Gas kitchen. Heating by wood-burning stove.
- NO CHILDREN as mezzanine is dangerous and terrace has no railings.
- Bathroom walls (currently being stripped) but new shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Modern stove for a cocooning atmosphere.
