House Rules: We kindly ask that you immediately notify us of any circumstances with the property that you deem unsuitable. We will not honor any fee adjustments if notice was not given within 24 hours or immediate recognition of the circumstance. NOTE: - Backyard is currently being rehabbed at Queens Lounge, do not book if you require backyard access. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, events or any party-like activity in the property. There will be a $30/guest per day charge for each guest over 5 guests that enters the property, regardless of whether they stay overnight. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A minimum $400 fee will be charged for smoke remediation services if evidence of smoking is found. We kindly ask that you refrain from loud music or noise after 10pm or before 7am to respect our neighbors. You will be provided with smart codes to access the property. This code will work for the main entry and is typically the last five digits of your phone number. As a secondary option, we can provide you with an app you can download on your smart phone to access the property. We kindly ask that you take out the trash the evening before trash day and that you leave the property as you found it. Please remember to log out of your personal accounts on the smart TV and to place all TV remotes on the wall beside their respective TV. Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked before leaving the property. We kindly ask that you place used towels in either the bathroom tub or immediately beside the washer. Please remove sheets from beds and place them in the bathroom tub nearest the washer. Please leave comforters/quilts on their respective beds. We kindly ask that you wash all dirty dishes and leave them out to dry. Please place all dishcloths in the downstairs bathroom tub. Please remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer. Please note that our beds come with fitted sheets, sheets, and quilts or comforters. Twin beds come with one pillow, full beds will come with two pillows, and queen and king beds can have up to four pillows. Each registered guest will have one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. We provide starter household supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, etc), however, you will need to replenish beyond the initial supplies provided. Pets are not allowed inside the property, a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise level to a minimum We kindly ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
