With a bus stop and BRT station right in front of the building, with options that take you straight to the city center, in Recife Antigo, as well as the Historic Site of Olinda and Boa Viagem beach, as well as the entire South Zone. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker. Bathroom also equipped with clothesline and washing machine. Room with ceiling fan and blackout curtains.
