We have three guest rooms located on the second floor of a three-story house. Each room is furnished with two twin beds. One room has an en suite bathroom, while the other two share a common bathroom.
The owners live on the first floor, where the shared open-space living/dining room is.
At the basement, is a heated lap pool and a TV lounge.
This property is inside a quiet village, and as such, we do not allow parties or loud events. It is ideal for guests seeking a quiet refuge with the basic perks of a contemporary home plus an added luxury that is sure to draw anyone in, a heated wrap-around pool fenced in tropical seclusion by tall bamboos that border the property.
This house takes advantage of its sunny location. The roof is 90% covered by solar panels, and is able to harvest a little over 5 kW/hr at peak sunlight. Pool heating by heat pump, the most energy-intensive activity of the house, is only done at daytime, to take full advantage of solar power. Nonetheless, water temperature is stable at a comfortable 86-90 F (30-32 C), day or night.

Yet, it is merely 1.5 kilometers away from the Masinag train station of LRT2 and SM Mall along Marcos Highway. This location conundrum is a pleasant surprise to every guest. A forest hideaway, literally just 10 minutes away from a mall!
A mere 3 minute walk is the Mango Farm, an actual farm that doubles as a wedding venue. Guests can stroll through the farm on days when there are no private events.
For travellers who'd like to make the guest house their homebase while exploring Rizal area's attractions, we are approximately 11km away from Pinto Art Museum, 10km from Antipolo Cathedral, 27km from Mount Purro Nature Reserve, 47km from Masungi Georeserve.
We are also near a host of restaurants and café’s that have views from steep mountainsides such as Oscar’s inside Eugenio Lopez Center (5km); Kaulayaw Café (5km), or situated inside manicured gardens such as Tipulo (8km) or rustic residences like Vieux Chalet (8km), Tahanan Bistro (12km), and Burrow Cafe (13km).
