With stunning ocean views, a huge swimming pool, cabana, hot tub, sauna, sky terrace roof deck, mini-theater, mid-century antiques and a baby grand piano, the Manor is not just a place to stay. The Manor aspires to be the place to be on Guam for respectful LGBTQ+ adults and friends.
The Manor is a casual, convivial space where like-minded locals and visitors can meet, relax and celebrate. The Manor is a secluded oasis, in the quiet village of Asan, offering a unique, adults-only micro-resort experience. The Manor is perfect either as a romantic getaway or a private, fun-in-the-sun venue where you can feel free to be . . . YOURSELF.
Currently, 2 private guest rooms are available in this spacious, 5,000 sq. ft. manor house, each with en suite baths, stunning ocean views, and loads of character.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE TWO SEPARATE LISTINGS FOR THESE ROOMS. (The MB&B platform currently requires separate listings in order to manage multiple rooms within a guesthouse.)
THIS LISTING IS FOR BEDROOM 2, THE "MISTRESS" ROOM. Bedroom 2 is a cozy medium room (213 sq. ft./20 sq. m.) on the second floor, with a queen bed and elegant touches, such as chandeliers, and a marble en suite private bath with a double vanity and a sunken roman tub. Room 2 has interior wooden shutter-blinds and panoramic ocean views from both bedroom and bathroom.
Alternatively, you can stay in Bedroom 1, the Junior Suite (if available). Bedroom 1 is significantly larger (with a king bed and available rollaway bed, for an extra charge). Bedroom 1 is normally $50 more per night. See our separate listing for Bedroom 1.

The Manor offers a secluded oasis experience in the quiet village of Asan. (Yes, it’s pronounced “ASS-in”.) We are off the beaten tourist path, yet just a five minute drive from our capital city, Hagatna, and less than 15 minutes away from the airport and most of Guam’s popular attractions and activities.
In fact, the Manor is actually closer to many of Guam's attractions--such as Chamorro Village (Wednesday night market), the museums, scuba diving shops and dive sites--than the tourist-strip hotels. Indeed, the Fisheye Marine Park, Asan Beach, and the MDA Dive Shop are each less than five minutes away.
Public transportation is not a viable option for tourists; and most of Guam’s roads are not pedestrian-friendly. Our guests usually choose to rent a car. (Be sure to reserve it in advance.) Guam has no Uber, Lyft or Grab services. Regular taxis are difficult to hail and extremely expensive. If you don't have a car, we recommend downloading "Stroll", a Guam local ride app which tends to be cheaper than taxis.

HOUSEKEEPING: Rooms will be made up once prior to arrival, and thereafter every three days. ADULTS ONLY: This is strictly an ADULTS ONLY property. Nudity is allowed in the pool/spa areas, but please be considerate of others. PETS: No animals are allowed, except assistive dogs for individuals with disabilities. QUIET HOURS: Guam law requires B&B properties to observe “Quiet Hours” nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (21:00 – 05:00) to avoid disturbing neighbors. RESPECT FOR OTHERS: We welcome guests of all backgrounds, genders, orientations and lifestyles. However, we reserve the right to limit access to our establishment to consenting adults who respect the rights, dignity and privacy of others. SMOKING AND VAPING: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms as well as in all other enclosed areas. Please be considerate of others when smoking/vaping outdoors. PRIVATE CLUB: For your privacy and security, access to the Manor is restricted to our registered guests and club members only. All guests must register and pay any applicable fees.

Great location and great host. Todd was very accommodating and communicative throughout my whole stay. The tour you do when you first get that is very welcoming and informative. I definitely plan on coming back to this location.
