High Desert Scenic Getaway! Hot Tub, Fire Pit

If any house rules are violated or broken, renters must vacate the property immediately. The renter forfeits all rental funds and ******** and the house rules violation(s) may be met with additional charges. ☼No partying ☼No smoking/vaping inside the house ☼No outdoor bonfires. Please use the propane gas pit. ☼Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever. ☼Please be respectful of quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. Noise goes very far in the desert. ☼No pets ☼NO foaming agents, including but not limited to shampoo, body wash, soaps, etc are allowed inside the hut tub. NO glass containers; use plastic cups. ☼Guests may not film or shoot photos for commercial use on the property and/or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce any content unless granted permission by the owner/host unless otherwise authorized before booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and ******** and leave the premises immediately. ☼People other than those listed in the guest party may not be on-site without prior written consent and any additional guests on-site at any time will be $100 per person per day. ☼Owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. ☼The owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. ☼Any excessive damage to furniture and/or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to ******** loss at the discretion of the owner/host. ☼All guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
