Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, in victorian house. With its own private entrance. it’s like a private apartment. No shared spaced.
Recently renovated this luxurious two-room suite comes with a grand bathroom that boosts a steam room with shower, and a tub.
It is located in Jones Hill, which is an area within Boston’s Dorchester area known for its beautiful Victorian houses.
The bedroom has a new queen size bed, desk and closet with bathrobe and slippers.
The sitting room has TV, sofa, and desk. The space also has a wet bar (compact microwave, mini refrigerator, electric Kettle, Nespresso coffee maker). We provide coffee, tea, and a basket of goodies to help until you get to Daily’s, the very nice convenience store right by the Savin Hill Station.
Art works and antique furniture from various continents adorn the space.
A quick 8 minutes walk to Savin Hill Subway station (red line) which takes you directly to JFK(UMASS), Downtown Boston, MGH hospital,
MIT, and Harvard. It is 6.5 miles, or about 20 minutes by car, to Boston Logan Airport.

Along the walk to Savin Hill subway station you will see a pharmacy, good restaurants including Shanti, Ghost Pepper Bar, Savin Kitchen and Grill, Dailys a food market, plus some nice breakfast cafes near to the station.
Dbar our neighborhood gay bar/restaurant is just within a few minutes walk.
And just in case you'd like to see some spots outside the neighborhood, the south end is also very centrally located with Uber or subway ride to almost anywhere else in the city.

Our place is a good for solo and couples, leisure or business. A great place to get some work done, if you working from home and finish your day relaxing in a tub or steam room. Bedding, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.
This unit is not good choice for people with mobility issues, because the house sits on the hill and there is also a ramp to get to the house.
Parking on-street is free, and there are plenty of spaces. Street sweeping is every other Friday, so read the signs for which side to park that day.
Things to note.
It is our home. Not a place for parties and we are limiting to 2 guests, maximum.
No-smoking.
