This lovingly curated home is both restful and alive. Sit, enjoy the tree/song bird filled back yard. Cross the river to the University of Richmond in 10 minutes. A few more minutes to Carytown Shopping, VMFA or Scotts Addition. The James River Park system is a mile away. This neighborhood home is landscaped, has a beautiful deck, small meditation pathway & ponds for wildlife. 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bath, offer what is needed for an easy nights rest. The hot tub is the coup de grace! The home's name is "Hermitage on The Hill" with other short term stay sites...because it IS a Hermitage in every sense of the word!! Come and find peace.
