100 m2, two-storey, self-contained gite set in 7000 m2 grounds. Peace and quiet with no roads or neighbors apart from Mathieu's house, on the edge of the forest with unobstructed views over the countryside. 7 km from Toucy, 20 km from Guédelon and Saint Fargeau. Swing, cot, high chair, dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI. Hiking trails starting from the property. Authentic, vintage nature gîte: no insecticides, natural garden, respect for flora and fauna.

The vintage style of our gite is a choice that is both aesthetic and ideological: the pleasure of rediscovering the unvarnished floor tiles and rough bricks, as well as the furniture, stove and crockery from our grandparents' time. All combined with a touch of modernity.

The natural garden is also an aesthetic and ideological choice: leave as much grass as possible to grow, as well as vegetation useful to animals, while maintaining the land so that you can enjoy it to the full. It's a place where you can walk and rest. A bench at the far end of the plot so you can relax in the midst of nature. Garden furniture available. Swing for children under parents' responsibility. A barbecue for grilling. A covered outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors even in the rain.

Host recommendations

- I do not take cleaning costs in return I ask the guests to make the cottage clean and tidy, the dishes done and put back in their place, the garbage cans put in the outdoor garbage cans. - the cottage is non-smoking inside but you can of course smoke outside - we ask to be vigilant on the consumption of water and electricity, not to leave the lights on continuously. - we remember that we do not welcome our animal friends because we have two cats. - for children under two years old, the owner asks for a contribution of 10 euros per day and per additional baby. - any additional person not included in the reservation who benefits from a night in the gîte or on its land must be declared to the owner in advance. A rate of 10 euros per person per day will be payable on site.
