Numerous metro lines nearby (1, 2, 6, 9, rer A...), restaurants, bar, supermarkets, greengrocers, bakery right NEAR THE BUILDING.
Large 18m2 living room with sleeping area (double bed 140x200) and convertible sofa (140x190).
Large vintage bathroom with bath and washing machine.
Small fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, espresso machine...).
I wish you an excellent stay :)
