Peter is a great host! Very friendly and accurate, shares tips on things to do and restaurants. The location is superb, right in the middle of downtown Vancouver.

Peter and his partner both are pure souls. Peter explained everything about area if person need information for travel. I had really good time staying over there and I would definitely recommend this place to live in center of DT area. Thanks Peter ❤

Peter was a great host and has an ideal location for downtown Vancouver and the gay area of Davie Village. I enjoyed the spacious living room with comfy sofa bed, desk and tv, all curtained off for privacy from the rest of the apartment. And fantastic views on two sides from the corner room! He greeted me with a gay Vancouver map/booklet and had some great suggestions for restaurants and a bookstore in the area. Can't wait to come back when Vancouver is warmer. :-)

Peter's appartment has a perfect location in Downtown Vancouver and is very clean. Peter is an excellent host and always willing to give tips about the city. I had a blast during my stay in West Canada, would definitly recommend to stay at Peter's.

Peter is a terrific host that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. We had great conversations and he has lots of suggestions for the area. The sleeping bed sofa is really comfortable as well as the pillows which is an important part of the stay. His place is located in a great spot that is so close to everything. You can walk everywhere. I will be hoping to stay there again when I have time for another trip to Vancouver! PS Peters place is very clean!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this comfy sofa and appartment. The place was very central, clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Peter were incredibly kind and provided us with fantastic recommendations for exploring the area. We had pleasure and memorable staying. Highly recommend this place !

The place was very nice and cozy felt safe and easy to get around. Peter was very polite and friendly and was quick with the questions I had. Everything was in walking distance so easy to explore, price of stay was very fair. Getting back to the room was so quick after spending all day outside, the only time we called a Uber was when we arrive/left.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Peter's. He was very friendly and quick with responding to messages. The bed is very comfortable and I slept like a baby the two nights I stayed there. The place was really clean too. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay downtown Vancouver. It is a short walk to Davie st that has restaurants and gay bars. I would definitely stay here again in the future 🤗
