Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange the handover of keys and a tour of the property. If you plan to arrive later (after 9pm), please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, you have until 11am to return the accommodation.
Number of tenants and external visitors
We rent our accommodation for the precise number of guests specified in the rental contract. If you wish to welcome visitors during your stay, please ask for our prior agreement.
Guests not included in the booking are not allowed to sleep on site without our agreement.
The total number of occupants must not exceed 10.
Quiet hours and respect for neighbors
Please keep noise to a minimum at night.
Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.
Commercial filming and other uses subject to specific request and subject to acceptance by us.
Use of premises and respect for equipment
For the entire duration of the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so as to leave it in perfect condition.
