With a full view of the marina and 2 minutes from the sea, everything is within walking distance, so you don't have to touch your car. The apartment is functional, quiet, with a communal swimming pool and private parking (possibility of a second parking space). Just 2 minutes away, you'll find a weekly market selling local produce, activities and a supermarket with fresh bread and pastries from the bakery.
